You feel like you are buying air: you cannot check anything out before you arrive.
At don Quijote, we guarantee our services. You’ll know just what to expect. That is our guarantee. If on your arrival you are not satisfied with any of our services, just give your complaint in writing to the school secretariat within the first week of your visit with us. We'll rectify the situation within 2 working days.

If you still feel that the services are not in accordance with the brochure description, we'll sit down and talk it out, with 2 possible outcomes: Either we'll agree that the service has not met our guarantee and refund your course and lodging fees in full, or if we can't agree, we'll allow an independent arbitrator appointed by the regional Spanish government to determine if the situation warrants application of our money-back guarantee.


Combine cities...
don Quijote owns schools in a number of cities. All schools use the same teaching method. allowing you to combine stays at different schools. In different cities while completing one continuous course.


Qualified teachers...
All our teachers are native speakers and have a university degree.


Successfully pass the D.E.L.E. exam...
If you attend 90% of the classes for 9 consecutive months at any of the don Quijote schools, we guarantee that you will successfully pass the official D.E.L.E. Intermediate exam. Should you not pass, don Quijote will provide 4 extra weeks of study free of charge as well as pay the reexamination fees.

No matter how many students enrol per level.


Always appropriate level...
Study-Spanish offers courses at any level of Spanish, from beginners to teachers of Spanish. If you find that your language level does not correspond with the level of your fellow students, just consult with the Head of Studies.


You will always feel satisfied...
Feeling at home is what matters the most. For this reason, if you do not feel happy during the first week in the family you are staying with, you may change for another without any additional cost.


Continuous practice in Spanish...

• So that you can take the fullest advantage of your Spanish course, there are never more than 3 non Spanish-speaking students in your family.
• Furthermore, if you wish, there will not be another student who speaks your own language in the family.

Always less than 30 minutes away...
Your accommodation is always a maximum of 30 minutes travelling time away,walking (Granada, Salamanca and Seville) or by public transport (the other don Quijote schools).
